The Standard

  1. Up at your time. You set it. No snooze. The snooze button is the first lie of the day.
  2. Jesus before the phone. Nothing with a screen until the page and the prayer are done.
  3. The Rep, before noon. No carry-over.
  4. The Account. One honest line in the morning. If you compromised yesterday, write it. No explanation allowed, just the fact.
  5. Report by 6 PM. One person gets a text: "Done" or "Failed." Spouse, friend, nobody fake.

Jeff Rooney

Jeff Rooney came to Christ while his marriage was falling apart, and still started every morning on his phone. After losing 85 pounds getting up early to train, he asked what would happen if Jesus got that first hour instead. First Light is what he found. He lives in Franklin, Tennessee, with his wife and their blended family, and he still slips on the slow days.
