The Seventh Day
Sixty days of getting up is the easy half of the Standard. The hard half is lying down.
The Seventh Day is seven short days on Hebrews 4 — the rest that remains for the people of God — for the reader who finished a volume and does not know how to stop. It is written in the same voice as the books and it will not tell you that you have earned a break. It will tell you Who did, and why that is the only reason you are allowed one.
Each day is the same four beats as a day in the books, at half the length: the page, the Lie, the Rep, First Words. It takes an evening to read and a week to do.
